Community

National Peace Corps Association is a grassroots nonprofit organization at the center of a vibrant community of 240,000 individuals and 180 affiliate groups championing a lifelong commitment to Peace Corps ideals. Your support helps us to build and maintain a thriving community, one that is poised to continue to make a difference in communities in the U.S. and around the world.

NPCA works constantly to strengthen existing affiliate groups through member enrollment, technology, and fundraising, while at the same time growing the network to meet their needs to engage and act collectively around global issues. Through our Community Builder platform, strategic planning, webinars, and more NPCA provides resources and tools groups need to thrive. Your support provides that boost that new groups need and value.

The Benevolent Fund assists members of the Peace Corps community who are overcoming acute hardship, including health issues related to their Peace Corps service, and connects them to resources to help navigate a road to recovery. For far too long, too many members of the Peace Corps community have faced significant challenges following their service and have often felt forgotten and alone in their personal battles to recover. Your gift to the Benevolent Fund supports RPCVs in need of assistance, both financially and through community-led support groups. Your gift to the Benevolent Fund supports RPCVs in need of assistance, both financially and through community-led support groups.

NPCA invests 85% of the donation directly to support RPCVs and 15% where needed most to support our overall mission. Please email benevolentfund@peacecorpsconnect.org for more information or to apply for support.
